• Is there a free trial?

  Yes, Independo usually offers a 21-day free trial for app subscriptions where available. This lets you try the app before deciding whether it fits your needs.

• How are subscriptions billed?

  Subscriptions can be billed monthly or yearly, depending on the selected plan and platform. Yearly subscriptions are usually the best option for ongoing use.

• Can I cancel my subscription?

  Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled through the platform or account where they were started, such as the App Store, Google Play or the Independo web account. After cancellation, access normally remains active until the end of the paid billing period.

• In which countries is Independo available?

  Independo is primarily available in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (the "DACH" region) and selected European markets. Availability, payment methods and reimbursement options may differ by country.

• Can organisations use Independo?

  Yes. Organisations can use Independo in shared or supported settings, depending on the product and setup. For organisation-wide use, we recommend contacting Independo so we can suggest the right access model.
