• What does co-design as a service mean?

  Co-design means that people who are affected by accessibility barriers are involved directly in the design process. At Independo, we work with people with cognitive disabilities, AAC users and support professionals to test ideas, improve workflows and make digital products easier to understand.

• Who is co-design useful for?

  Co-design is useful for organisations that want to make digital products, services or communication more accessible. It is especially helpful when a product needs to be understandable for people who process information through symbols, photos, audio or simple language.

• What can Independo support us with?

  We can support with user research, accessibility reviews, workshops, prototype testing and product feedback. The goal is not just to check accessibility at the end, but to include real user perspectives early enough to shape better decisions.

• How do we get started with a co-design project?
